Emil Frey Digital partners with Mercedes-Benz to build luxury customer experiences globally

Emil Frey Digital and Mercedes-Benz have forged a partnership to further enhance the digital experiences and solutions that underpin the international distribution of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and services.

The two companies will work together on a new digital platform that will combine the best practices and solutions of Emil Frey Group and Mercedes-Benz. Focus areas were agreed upon between June and October.

The comprehensive platform will serve car distributors, car dealers and customers in all the countries in which Emil Frey Group operates. It will cover critical areas in the automotive sales process, such as the integration of the online and offline customer journey, luxury digital experience, omnichannel commerce for general distributors, the aftersales process, single view of customer activity, and much more.

Earlier this year, Mercedes-Benz team spent several days in workshops in Varazdin, Croatia, at Emil Frey Digital's headquarters; both teams shared their vision, and actions they believed would make it come to life. A series of meetings followed, adding more detail to the arrangement, in terms of technical architecture, data governance, analytics, and insights. The roadmap came from the shared vision of the digital future, and a commitment to work towards it together.
